Connect the reader:
Connect the RS60C reader directly to the computer using the USB interface.

Data error:
Please make sure that the mouse is not moving, as this may affect the reception of data.
Check whether the reader is in a critical state, or try to use a shorter USB cable to reduce possible interference.
